Osprey Celebrates Its Five-Year Anniversary

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – July 18, 2017

ATLANTA, GEORGIA. — Five years ago this month, Osprey Management opened its doors to offer general construction services to local, state, and federal government agencies. Founder and President, Kelvin King, sought to deliver better services with better professionals to build better buildings. That goal is a reality today as Osprey has completed over a hundred projects throughout the southeastern United States. The company was also recognized recently as one of the 100 fastest-growing private businesses in Atlanta.

Giving back is important at Osprey. Supporting charities and staying connected to the community speak to the values and commitment that are hallmarks of the Osprey company culture. Every year Osprey participates in a Charity Polo Match hosted by Tomorrow’s Luminaries Foundation, which supports students in underserved communities.

A healthy, thriving company culture has also contributed to Osprey’s success. Every Osprey team member is valued and rewarded for performance. They believe in the adage expressed by inspirational author and speaker, Simon Sinek, “Customers will never love a company until the employees love it first.”

According to Mr. King, “We are proud of our employees. Each member of the Osprey Management team has played a vital role in our success. In a nutshell, without the right people for each job in place, we would not have been able to complete half a decade in the industry, achieving our goals.”

With multiple new employees, double-digit increases in revenue, and a clear path mapped out ahead, Osprey will continue to climb the ranks. Owner and President, Kelvin King, is launching a growth plan to generate $20 million in revenue by 2020. At the current rate of growth, Osprey is right on target to meet that goal. Reaching out into new markets in Florida and Tennessee are also slated to catapult the company’s success.
